Location: Adama Soreti Hotel and City Mall
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable General Technician to join our facility maintenance team at the Adama Soreti Hotel and City Mall. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems through proactive maintenance and efficient repair work.
Key Requirements
- Education: Degree, Diploma, or Level IV Certificate in Electricity, Electrical Line installation
- Experience:
- Degree : 0 years of experience required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Diploma/Level IV: A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, or a related trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or mechanical work).
- Technical Proficiency: Solid foundational knowledge in electrical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs across various building utilities.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose issues quickly and execute effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Execute repairs related to electrical systems, plumbing fixtures, and general mechanical components.
- Collaborate with the facility management team to maintain high standards of safety and operational efficiency within the hotel and mall environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and parts usage.
